- Aggregated (data collected from all user accounts)
personal information is disclosed in a non-personally identifiable

promotional purposes. However, we do not disclose to these entities

Directory, Purchase Request and Shortlist features of the Service,
this information will be fully available to all other registered
members.
- To assist your use of our Site you may choose to use
optional services (e.g. co-branded sites), disclose personal
information to the external service providers and/or grant them
permission to collect personal information about you. If you do,
then the external service providers' use of your personal
information is governed by their privacy policy. We may, for your
convenience, provide some of your personal information to the
external service provider offering such services. However, before
we disclose your personal information to an external service
provider, you will have the opportunity to see what data is about
to be sent and have the ability to approve the disclosure. To
prevent our disclosure of your personal information to an external
service provider, you can decline such disclosures or simply not
use their services.
- If you register on a Markets Unlocked co-branded web site,
you grant us permission to pass your email address back to that
co-branded web site and affiliated web sites. The use of such
information by the co-branded and affiliated web sites is governed
by their privacy policies.
- We may provide some of your personal information directly
to internal service providers where we use them to facilitate our
services (e.g., search, discussion boards, and surveys). In some
instances, the internal service provider may collect information
directly from you (such as the situation where we ask an internal
service provider to conduct a survey for us). In these cases, you
will be notified of the involvement of the internal service
provider, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly
optional. In all cases, these internal service providers' use of

party for any other purpose without your consent.
Your use of other members'
information
You agree that, with respect to other members' personal
information that you obtain through the Site or through any Markets
Unlocked related communication or Markets Unlocked facilitated
transaction, Markets Unlocked hereby grants to you a license to use
such information only for:
a. Markets Unlocked related communications that are not
unsolicited commercial messages,
b. using co-branded services offered through Markets Unlocked , and
c. any other purpose that such user expressly agrees to after
adequate disclosure of the purpose(s).
You must give members an opportunity to remove themselves
from your database and a chance to review what information you have
collected about them. In addition, under no circumstances, except as
defined in this Section, can you disclose personal information about
another member to any third party without our consent and the
consent of such other member.
You are not licensed to add a member to your mailing list
(email or physical mail) without their express consent.
Security and Information Retention
We maintain strict security standards and procedures with a
view to preventing unauthorised access to your information. We use
current technologies such as firewalls, secure access control, and
encryption of key information to protect the security of your data.
Upon request we will remove your information from the Site
and we will only retain your information for a reasonable period to
resolve disputes, enforce our Terms and Conditions, assist with
investigations, or for as long as the law requires.
Accessing and updating your
information
You are entitled to see the information held about you and
you agree to promptly update your personal information given in the
Registration Form if it changes.
